As the Inclusive Employment Ecosystem (IEE) approaches its third anniversary, it continues to thrive, transforming from a small yet determined company with a bold vision into a dynamic network championing inclusion, a field often overlooked. It was then appropriate that the first IEE session of the year was hosted by Siemens Energy on January 16, 2025. Siemens Energy, the first company to join the IEE, has played a pivotal role in driving its mission forward.
Building on the impactful discussions at the Inclusive Employment Ecosystem (IEE) meeting hosted by Siemens Energy on January 16, 2025, the seeds of a new initiative were sown—the creation of the IEE Education-Industry Committee. This new endeavor, inspired by the meeting’s vibrant conversations on bridging the gap between education and industry, is poised to forge stronger connections between educators, students, and companies to drive meaningful employment opportunities.
This year, we expanded the IEE’s presence to Saudi Arabia. On January 13, 2025, AtkinsRéalis hosted our second IEE meeting in their Riyadh office, symbolizing the growing scope and influence of our mission. As one of our first members in the Kingdom, AtkinsRéalis together with Serco have played a key role in advancing the IEE’s vision.
