Talent Turns to Opportunity for PODs with e& “Experience Week”

The IEE Internship Program with the E& Work Placement Week for People of Determination concluded with a meaningful graduation ceremony on February 6 at e&’s Dubai office. This program, designed to provide hands-on experience and career exposure, marked an important step in fostering inclusion and professional development.

Throughout the first week of February, e& welcomed a group of students and graduates of determination into their workplace, with participants engaging in skills-building workshops, observing various departments in action, and gaining valuable insights into workplace culture. The experience not only helped them understand professional environments but also boosted their confidence, independence, and career aspirations. According to post-program feedback, over 70% of participants reported high satisfaction, emphasizing the program’s role in shaping their professional growth. They expressed that such initiatives are crucial stepping stones toward future employment and self-development. The success of this program sets the stage for The Butterfly-to extend it during the summer break to-all members of the Inclusive Employment Ecosystem (IEE) members. It will be an unprecedent initiative with great impact.
